(Weekend of November 23 – November 25, 2018)

Blaxploitation Friday!

Hey baby, Little Steven here. Happy Thanksgiving to everybody, and everybody knows the day after Thanksgiving is known as Black Friday.

Historically, that is the biggest shopping day of the year, but since nobody has any money, we thought we would go to the movies instead.

This weekend in the Underground Garage we are going to call it Blaxploitation Friday.

Joining us will be James Brown, Curtis Mayfield, Bobby Womack, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, the Rolling Stones, the Jeff Beck Group, the Rascals, the Who, Rhinoceros, and Herman’s Hermits.

Come find out what Isaac Hayes, Anthony Quinn, Little Walter, and Joan Jett have in common.

I will see you this weekend for our Blaxploitation film festival in the world’s only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio.

I’ll see you this weekend in the Underground Garage.
